I appreciate "Folk Art", non-elitist, primitive, or homemade art. Nature and critters are my subject matter, colored pencils, pastels and oils are my mediums. I frequent antique stores, estate sales, auctions and flea markets. The combination of unique frames, old wood block type and graphics integrated with my paintings and illustrations, creates an original piece of Art. The Vintage Lure drawings came about after I opened my Grandfather's tackle box, it was a treasure chest. The lures were well used and had stories to tell... Me and my website are a work in progress.
